LEAD PRODUCER, for Loftus Media (Digital Agency)

Leading a large team of producers to deliver 50 branded music mixes a month for BBC Sounds, the flagship audio platform from the BBC curated by the BBC’s music experts, artists and presenters. I also delivered a Production Toolkit and a fully scalable audio archiving database.
My Achievements:
• Delivering key content to daily deadlines.
• Day-to-day management of all upcoming productions.
• Simplifying production processes for increased efficiency
• Managing client relationship by solving problems and responding proactively to shifting priorities.
• Providing daily updates and reports on the status of all on-going productions with confidence and accuracy.
• Facilitating appropriate responses to Creative briefs.
• Ensuring all productions are delivered in line with the overall Content strategy.
• Set up and ran an audio archive system and Production Toolkit with over 4000 individual pieces of media.
• Coaching my team in Editorial Policy and Compliance.
• Ensuring my production team established and maintained a deep understanding of the clients objectives and strategic vision.
